Process

How we solve technical problems.

Five steps, from the first message to a fix you can rely on. You always know what is happening, what it costs, and what happens next.

Step by step

The RightRelay process

Nothing here is a surprise. That is the point.

  1. Step 1

    Reach out

Tell us what's happening in your own words. No jargon required — describe the symptoms and when they started, and we'll ask the technical questions.

  2. Step 2

    Discovery & diagnosis

We look at the actual system rather than guessing: logs, configuration, traffic and hardware. You get a straight answer about the root cause.

  3. Step 3

    Solution plan

You get a written scope with a price before any work starts — what we'll do, what it costs, how long it takes, and what happens to your data.

  4. Step 4

    Implementation

We do the work, scheduled around your business hours where downtime matters. Changes are documented as they are made.

  5. Step 5

    Verification & handover

We prove the fix holds, hand over the documentation and passwords, and show your team how to use what's changed.

Ground rules

What you can count on

A price before the work

You approve a written scope and a number first. If the job turns out to be different once we are inside it, you hear about it before anything else is billed.

Downtime on your schedule

Anything disruptive gets planned around your business hours, with a rollback plan written down before we start.

You keep the keys

Admin accounts, licences and domains stay in your name. At handover you get the credentials and the documentation, not a dependency.

Ready to resolve your IT headaches?

Step one takes about two minutes. Tell us what is happening and we will take it from there.
