Technical expertise, without the technical lecture

Infrastructure, cloud and support for businesses in Albuquerque and across New Mexico. The list below is what we actually do — not a catalogue of things we could subcontract.

Services

What we do

Six areas, one person accountable for all of them.

Networks & Wi-Fi

Wired and wireless networks that stay up, from the firewall down to the last access point.

  • Firewall deployment and rules — SonicWall, pfSense, UniFi
  • Managed switching, VLANs, PoE and port security
  • Business Wi-Fi 6 / 6E design, survey and tuning
  • NIC teaming, link aggregation and 10G backbones
  • Multi-WAN and failover for internet redundancy
  • Structured cabling, patching and labelling

Servers & Virtualisation

Physical and virtual servers built, hardened and monitored — with a way back when something breaks.

  • Windows Server, Active Directory and Group Policy
  • Remote Desktop Services and terminal server farms
  • Proxmox clusters with ZFS, snapshots and replication
  • Bare-metal server builds, RAID and firmware
  • PRTG monitoring with alerting that reaches a human
  • On-premises Exchange administration and migration

Cloud & Microsoft 365

Email, files and identity that work the same from the office, from home and from a phone.

  • Microsoft 365 tenant setup and administration
  • Entra ID / Azure AD accounts, groups and licensing
  • SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive rollout
  • Azure virtual machines and virtual networks
  • Mailbox and file-share migration to the cloud
  • MFA, conditional access and account hardening

Storage & Backup

Somewhere reliable to put your data, and a restore you have actually tested.

  • NAS deployment and tuning — QNAP, Asustor, Synology
  • SMB multichannel and link aggregation for throughput
  • Scheduled backups with off-site copies
  • Snapshot and versioning strategy against ransomware
  • Restore testing so backups are proven, not assumed
  • File-share permissions and access reviews

IT Support

Day-to-day help for the people using the systems, remote or on site in Albuquerque.

  • Tier 1–3 desktop and application support
  • Windows 10 / 11 workstation builds and deployment
  • Employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Printers, copiers and MFPs — including repair
  • Remote work, VPN and remote desktop setup
  • Asset and inventory tracking

Security & Continuity

Practical protection sized for a small business, not a compliance binder nobody reads.

  • Firewall, threat and content filtering review
  • VPN access — IPsec, WireGuard, OpenVPN, Tailscale
  • Endpoint protection and patch management
  • Web server hardening, WAF and Cloudflare tunnels
  • Access control lists and least-privilege permissions
  • Documentation and handover so nothing lives in one head

About RightRelay

RightRelay is run by Tobie Pepito, an IT specialist based in Albuquerque. The work spans everything from a workstation that will not boot to a virtualisation cluster that needs designing — and it is the same person on the phone, at the keyboard and writing the handover notes.

The approach is deliberately unglamorous: find the actual cause, say plainly what it will cost, do the work, then prove it holds. No retainer you cannot leave, no jargon used as a shield, and no equipment recommended because it carries a margin.
